Serene Oasis Resort Policies

The Serene Oasis management wishes you to have a safe and enjoyable stay. To ensure that, we request that you read the following policies that are put in place for our various facilities. Thank you for your continued patronage and support.

A. General Policies

1. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and checkout time is 1:00 PM. Strictly no late checkout. Reminders will be sent by 12:30 PM by our resort staff.

2. The number of guests allowed in a guest room is based on the number of registered guests at check-in. Only registered guests are permitted in the guest rooms. Up to two children under 4 years old can stay for free in all rooms except the Standard Room. Children aged 5 and above are included in the headcount.

3. Breakfast is from 7 AM to 10 AM only. No take-out for breakfast is allowed. Last call for breakfast is at 9:30 AM.

4. Full payment for the room is required upon check-in, along with an incidental deposit of Php 2,000.00 per room. This deposit is refundable upon checkout or can be consumed at our bar and restaurant.

5. Durian fruit, shrimp, and other foul-smelling food and drinks are strictly prohibited inside the room. Any guests who violate this rule will be charged Php 5,000.00.

6. Firearms and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited inside the rooms and resort premises.

7. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of resort property or personal belongings during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

8. Smoking is not allowed in any guest rooms or indoor public areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided, and non-compliance will result in a fee of Php 5,000.00.

9. Our restaurant and bar are open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM for last call of order.

10. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

11. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to their room or resort property during their stay.

12. The resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

13. Corkage Fee applies to any outside food and alcoholic beverages brought into the premises. The following corkage fees are in effect:

  • Food: Php 1,000.00 per item/ viand
  • Lechon or Roasted Calf/Beef: Php 3,000.00 per item
  • Wine/Hard Liquor: Php 1,500.00 for 750 ml or Php 2,000.00 for 1 to 2 liters
  • Soft drinks: Php 1,500.00 per case or Php 100.00 per can/small bottle and Php 200.00 per one liter to two liters.
  • Local beers: Php 2,000.00 per case or Php 100.00 per can/small bottle and Php 200.00 per one liter

14. Reception is open until 10 PM daily, and late check-in is accepted until 10 PM only. Bookings not checked in by 10 PM will be considered No Show and are not eligible for refunds or rebooking.

B. Cancellation and Rebooking Policies

15. One-time rebooking is allowed. However, cancellations within 15 days before the stay are non-refundable and non-rebookable.

16. Reservations can be rebooked, with a ₱2,000 fee per room per night, if requested beyond 15 days before the date of stay.

C. Pool Use Policies

17. The pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

18. Proper swim attire is required, and street clothes, cut-offs, or thongs are not allowed in the pool.

19. Diving or jumping in the pool is not allowed and running or horseplay is not allowed in the pool area.

20. Glass containers are not allowed in or near the pool area.

D. Beach Use Policies

21. The beach is open daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

22. Guests are responsible for their own safety while on the beach.

23. Children under the age of 12 must be always accompanied by an adult.

24. Dispose of all trash in the designated containers.

25. Do not disturb the natural wildlife or vegetation on the beach.

26. Do not remove any shells, rocks, or other items from the beach.
